1. Shipping Policy

At HER Signature Hair, we carefully prepare every order to ensure your luxury hair arrives beautifully packaged and ready for you.

Processing Time:

All orders are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days after your order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via the email or phone number provided at checkout.

 

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. HER Signature Hair is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Shipping Delays: 

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Please allow additional time during holidays and promotional periods.

2.Return & Exchange Policy

 

At HER Signature Hair, we take pride in providing high-quality luxury hair extensions and products.

 

All Sales Are Final

 

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on change of mind, incorrect selection, color preference, texture preference, or improper care.

 

Quality Issues

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you believe you have received an item with a manufacturing or quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

The hair must remain unused, unaltered, unwashed, uncolored, unprocessed, and in its original condition for a quality claim to be considered.

 

Please provide photos and/or videos clearly showing the issue. Each claim will be reviewed individually.

 

If a quality issue is confirmed by HER Signature Hair, we will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or other remedy at our discretion.

 

HER Signature Hair reserves the right to deny claims that do not meet the requirements above.

 

By placing an order with HER Signature Hair, you acknowledge and agree to our return and exchange policy.

 

3.Cancellation Policy

 

Once an order is placed with HER Signature Hair, we begin processing it to prepare your luxury hair for shipment.

 

Order Cancellations

 

Order cancellations are accepted only within the first 12 hours after the order is placed.

 

After the 12-hour cancellation window has passed, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled, modified, refunded, or exchanged.

 

To request a cancellation within the allowed 12-hour period, please contact HER Signature Hair as soon as possible with your order number and the name associated with the order.

 

Cancellation requests submitted after the 12-hour window will not be accepted.
